Have you ever had a parent, child, or other ministry partner get upset at church?  I'm sure you have.

So what do you do?  How do you help them calm down and resolve the situation?

I sat down with one of our volunteers for some insight.  He has over 16 years of customer service experience in the automobile industry.  When a customer gets really ticked off, they send the person to him.

He shared some great ideas for helping someone who is upset.  And the cool thing...they are all principles from how Jesus handled an angry crowd.  Check out this short video for some great tips on helping people who are upset.
